Welcome to CanCulture Magazine, an online publication dedicated to bringing you the latest in Canadian arts and culture. Founded in 2011, CanCulture has grown to be Toronto Metropolitan University’s leading student publication for arts and culture reporting. CanCulture is dedicated to continue building a community for creatives to unite to explore, discover and share.

At CanCulture, our goal is to promote the Canadian arts and life niche to the rest of the country and the world.  We are an inclusive organization that recognizes the great range of people and stories in Canada and how that is reflected in our music scene, film repertoire, literature, style and cuisine.

At CanCulture, our aim is to provide: reviews of and insights on the latest films, art, music, books, food and fashion from Canadian creators; interviews with veterans and up-and-coming artists; on-the-ground coverage of Canada’s biggest events and festivals.

Want to know the best eating spots in your city? Interested in up-and-coming fashion trends? This publication is your go-to-place for all the latest, whether you’re a foodie, cinephile, fashion enthusiast, bookworm, radio head, or all of the above! If you’re interested in contributing* or collaborating with CanCulture, please email us at [email protected].

CanCulture Magazine acknowledges the unceded traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, Haudenosaunee, the Mississaugas of the Credit River, and more communities whose names we do not know, that our work and journalism were completed in. We give our whole and infinite gratitude to all the Indigenous Nations, Territories and Peoples that have, over the course of our lifetimes, allowed us onto their land as visitors and into their conversations as listeners.
